@HerlihyBDC @ATTHelp Yup. I sent message to @ATTHelp and got generic response. Tried the chat bot in ATT app, and it was equally worthless. You can tell them that Google is not working on ATT fiber in Houston, and they say to unplug your hub.

@brianmcc just an observation regarding AI. My company is 100% Copilot and all other models (Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, etc) are blocked. Do you think this gives Microsoft a significant advantage in understanding real-world, realtime business challenges that other models don’t “see”?
