@brian_2o3 @tehnameisehjeff @rawsalerts They may not be explicitly coded for self replication, however that could very likely be a result of instructing a model to RSI based on its interpretation of the rule set.

@brian_2o3 @tehnameisehjeff @rawsalerts You make a good argument, but I would like to believe it's likely a trickle down effect as in there are models and/or agents running in an environment where they are able to alter their own code the same a programmer would and those models/agents are the ones spreading the code.
