@zerohedge There will always be ebbs and flows, but those are asset class specific and in no way applies to the "entire private credit market". There are plenty of healthy sectors and thoughtful structures to mitigate downside risk.
@OfTheBraveUSA This community note is missing the key feature of the US mortgage market and that is the lendee holds the option of repayment. A 50 year mortgage @ 4% is no different than a 30 Mortgage at 4% aside from the minimum payment required, however the borrower is at liberty to pay more.
@RandPaul So given the government monitors the banks through stress testing requiring them to hold reserves…how can you both demand they lend and don’t lend at the same time?
Something stinks in KC @NFL
As of October 12, 2025 (following Week 5 of the 2025 NFL regular season), no games have featured a team with zero accepted penalties. This is based on comprehensive penalty data from NFL Penalties, which tracks accepted penalties per game (excluding declined or offsetting flags). All 80 games played so far had at least one penalty called against each team, with the lowest counts being 2 (e.g., Seattle vs. Pittsburgh in Week 2). Such penalty-free performances are rare historically, occurring only about 25 times in the last 15 years across over 2,400 games.
