I am very excited to present the results of our recent study today at #AGU21!
Instrument-To-Instrument translation is an #AI method for reconstructing and enhancing solar observation series.

ITI can provide 1) solar full-disk observations with unprecedented spatial resolution, 2) 24 years of uniform EUV and magnetic field observations, 3) mitigation of atmospheric effects, 4) homogeneous Ha observations starting from 1973, 5) solar far-side magnetic field estimates
Our most recent paper on a new sunspot catalog based on the reconstruction of hemispheric sunspot numbers 1874-2020 just got published by @AandA_journal. This will allow improving #SolarCycle predictions.

Very excited to share that our paper on the first detections of post-flare dimmings on stars indicative of stellar coronal mass ejections (CMEs) was published in @NatureAstronomy yesterday!🥳 ☀️⭐️💨https://t.co/eT3fQsYLXt #StellarDimming@UniGraz#IGAMGraz#FFG@fwf_at 1/12
SOLARNET researchers have developed a new method for assessing the quality of full-disk solar images obtained with ground-based telescopes (this may have applications for the European Solar Telescope!) Read it at @CORDIS_EU : https://t.co/UiFs1iFUDB
#sonnenvideo - in diesem Video sieht man den 24. Sonnenzyklus, der vor elf Jahren begonnen hat und jetzt beendet ist! ☀

My paper on solar image quality assessment with #DeepLearning is now available on @arxiv_org : https://t.co/JKbbiTphat
The video shows the neural network in action for KSO data!
@JarolimRobert and I developed this #AI tool @tugraz_csbme to assist researchers @UniGraz evaluating muscle tendon junction behaviour. This might be interesting to the #biomechanics community and available #opensource. All Links & preprint available here: https://t.co/jpqHU2Mei4
