Yeah, no shit man.... God this is why I hated every minute of working with the MIT/Harvard MBD crowd in tech. They're all like this.

Zero understanding of what makes people tick and that's why they haven't solved a real human problem in god knows how long.

We need to stop idealizing these people. They are good at a narrow band of work, which is fantastic, but they should not be running companies and/or influencing public policy.
