@EarthsingerVT Still can't sleep, so try melatonin but that didn't work for me either haha I wish you lots of sleep in the future (you can just get an extra pillow and hug it you don't need to buy an anime bodypillow)

@EarthsingerVT Out of experience I can tell sleeping with a bodypillow only works for a short amount of time if you usually sleep calm next to a loved one then that's what you need to aim for, I currently have also a weighted blanket and a smol plushies that makes quite breathing or music and
