@AskPlayStation It only says “Thank you, your request for refund has been submitted” and thats it. I don’t get an email or anything like nothing happened.

@AskPlayStation The problem is not the connection, since I try try multiple connections (wifi, cellular data...) and before it is even tries to connect it says “cannot connect”

@AskPlayStation Sometimes I turn my PS5 on, and I try to join a party it says “error joining party”. I don’t know the code exactly because it didn’t happen today. Same thing for wifi, it says “cannot connect to wifi” when I try connecting.
