@avivaplc Hi, my wife and I have a policy but we are unable to access our account online or make claims due to being given an incorrect policy number. Our broker is unable to help and customer care seems non existant over the phone .
@Geopost_news dpd has to be the most useless delivery company known to man! Second time a package has been delivered to the wrong address and dpd won't collect it and deliver it to me but instead tell me to phone the supplier and fix it myself, their customer service is pointless

@SBDApparel I have a question about your wrist wraps(storm, medium, flexible). Are the velcro sections suppose to be different lengths. When rolling them up to store the velcro catches on the material part of the wrap. Is this normal, I had a previous pair and this lead to issues
@SamsungUK I placed an order for delivery, the item was delivered to the wrong address. Samsung nor the courier service seem to find it urgent to help me. This is quite possibly some of the worst customer service I have received.
@SamsungUK I have done this, as well as called DPD. Dpd are blaming samsung for giving the wrong address and are saying Samsung has not enquired about a missing package. Samsung are saying they gave dpd the right info and will potentially only be able to help me later in the week.
@lufthansa I have been messed around with my flights and my wife's flights back to South Africa in December, changed flight dates, routes and times now after a rebook my wife's flight was changed to a one way. Possibly the worst organisation by a major airline!unacceptable!
@sainsburys are your stores having issues with best before dates on meats, mainly 5% beef mince.
Iv had two packs go off before their best before dates now .
