@JustinPetersMin In a universe that’s billions of years old, to think that a race that’s been around for maybe 200,000 years (about the last 0.000015% of the life of the universe so far) has figured out the entirety of physics would be a bit of a naive view.
@RugbyBits 140 prior games without an eye gouging incident, along with 2 World Cup medals, should be sufficient credit earned to dismiss the case with World Rugby’s humblest apologies and name him in the Sharks lineup for next week’s match.
@Nowords2000@KarlBrophy@AllBlacks Well it was vs the US. If Ireland had played England, South Africa or France I’m pretty sure it would have been sold out too.
@RoryDuncan1966 Rand actually undervalued - nothing to do with infrastructure etc. If 500ml coke costs R15 in SA & $2 in USA it means we should pay R7.50 for $1. That we pay R17 means undervalued. And our inflation being under 5% means there’s a lot more confidence in economy than you think.
@EmilyMaher11084 Point understood. I still feel that collapse is usually brought about by dominance of the opposition on the day. It may be SA’s most complete performance of the modern era, but agreed - I would save the term “greatest performance” for an occasion of greater importance.
