@Kris_HK Beware of https://t.co/DadTwDEWV8 they have the right to terminate your account for no reason at all and give you no reason for doing so. This is what happen to me and I have thr messages to prove it. It I was you I would dump them and go with Kucoin. More secure and fair.

@cryptocom Why am I not able to deposit money into my account or top up my visa card? I have called and message customer service and no answer and no response. This is getting very frustrating.
