@BriMorgan1997 And I believe that is because of the model minority myth. It has created blind spots so that we are blind to what is actually going on, or we just choose to ignore it.

@MadisonSoc221 I wish that we would learn this kind of stuff in history class earlier in life instead of the events that sugar coat the reality of our past. I think this would drastically change the perspective we have on certain things.
