@EON_SE_en I have been on the phone to your emergency service for ages. My dad is vulnerable and has had no heating for weeks! He is freezing in his flat and has tried contacting numerous times but can’t get through, this needs sorting.

@DandG_UK @MatthewCrummack You have sent someone round 3 times and it’s not been fixable but keep sending more people round because you don’t want to send us a new one. We received a text message saying we have to wait another 2 weeks for another person to come.

@TeamKnowhowUK I am not going to message, I have spoke to 3 customer service people. I want to know you are going to refund me my money for a faulty item this is not a return and should be treated differently. My dad who has been shielding from Covid now has no TV!
@curryspcworld I am shocked and appalled at the customer service I have just received. I bought a present for my dad a few months ago and because I was unable to see him because of Covid I have only just opened the packaging. This is how you send your products out.
@TeamKnowhowUK Not in this where you haven’t been able to see loved ones due to Covid 30 days is nothing really. With these circumstances it would have been nice for a bit of humanity and understanding. The product was faulty and still has wrapping on it. It’s not a return!

@ZARA I know under the circumstances it might be difficult to keep up with customer services but I have been contacting you since last Sunday about 2 faulty items and was told my case would be reviewed and I would be contacted in 24-48 hours I still haven't heard anything!?
