@CenterParcsUK Sorry, you have not answered my question. The government have stated there will be a relaxation of rules during the Christmas period. Are guest in Tier 3 areas now allowed to visit Sherwood which itself is currently in Tier 3 status during the relaxed Christmas period??

@CenterParcsUK You’ve emailed stating no bubbles can get together to meet in your lodges over Christmas. That’s a shame but does not apply to us. Are you now abiding by the government relaxation period at this time. You’ve had plenty of time to make a formed decision on this. Please advise

@CenterParcsUK Hello. You keep emailing me stating you’re very excited about our arrival with you at Sherwood for 23 to 27/12. You have my address so know where I live. Does that now mean that as we’re in a Current Tier 3 zone we will be welcome to attend at Sherwood during the relaxed period?

@CenterParcsUK Hello, you have stated you are not accepting any guests over the relaxed Christmas period of 23 to 27 December if they are from a Tier 3 area. There is a review on 16 December can we wait until then for a refund or rebooking option for Sherwood where we have a booking?
