@AerLingus Stuck in Zürich because our flight was cancelled, not an update to tell us what is happening. We only got an email that told to ring aerlingus.
I rang, direct messaged, whatsapped, messenger and still nothing.
Can you shed some light and just give an update.

@AerLingus I've been stuck in Zurich, not a word from aerlingus. The last email said to call them, but when I do the call is disconnected because it's too busy, I whatsapped, Messenger and direct messaged.
Can we got get an update or contacted ?
