Laura and I are happy to announce our newest family member. Corry Mae Schoonover born 9.10.20 8:39am. She is 9lbs 21in long. Mama and baby are doing great.

Get STRONG first.
While we love plyometrics, the fact is.. most volleyball players whole sport is plyometric base and what they’re not getting is strength work.
I’m not gonna tell a volleyball player that we’re not gonna jump in our off-season training because we will, but we’re gonna do a whole LOT more strength work.
Funny thing is.. our strongest guys jump the highest 🤷🏻♂️
Cumberland Valley only had 2 lifters compete at the Teenage Powerlifting Championships today and man did they kill it. Congrats to Cassidy Anderson on gold at 167 and Gwen Hower on silver at 138. All of CV is proud of you! @CVSDeagles
