Kentucky did as good of a job as any program in college basketball last spring at allocating its resources properly in an effort to construct a TEAM.
Love the way the Wildcats are doing the same so far in 2025.
Not acquiring talent, but building a TEAM!
The minute Cal talked to Arkansas he could never go back to Kentucky. Its done
But honestly it’s a blessing for Kentucky. Instead of a couple more years of tourney failures you’re going to get a great coach and win right away. Kentucky is 1 billion times bigger than Cal
Starting with the Auburn loss in 2019, John Calipari is 2-8 in the postseason. The losses have come with freshmen, players who have stayed, and older transfers. Don’t fall for the okey doke. None of it is working, and there is no reason to believe that will change.
Will just generally say that Cal’s lack of plan for how to get Rob/Reed into advantageous places against the zone that everyone knew Oakland was going to come in and play feels…concerning.
Everyone relax and please remember that one of the side effects of a horrific knee/ankle/sore injury that almost paralyzed Kyle Filipowski is that now he randomly will trip people. It’s medical science
