@supersonicfibre worst customer service I have come across. 12 minutes (and counting) on hold on your main customer service line.
From a telecoms company this is next level crap.
@BowersWilkins I understand why you removed the Control app from the App Store (to avoided confusion with your newer apps), but why, oh why did you remove the Zeppelin Air from the devices list on the app, for those of us who have them. Not your best move.
@zollotech Make it as thick as the camera modules need to be, so the back is flush with them, and fill the space with battery. Stop with the obsession with thin-ness.
@Vodacom@Vodacom111 today I received a called from @EliteMobileSA, one of your “authorised partners”.
They had access to ALL of my contact details, my SA ID number, AND my bank account details!!
How can it be that this level of detail of client info is shared with partners???
@GolfshotGPS your customer support is non-existent! I have sent four mails to [email protected] regarding a course rating and slope index and have yet to receive a response. Unacceptable for a premium app that is actually featured in @Apple advertisements.
