@Megawatts55 Ya know, I grew up on Chicago's south side in the 60's & 70's. Back then the rules of engagement were a warning shot. If the person ran, it was termination if he's shot in the back. Back then they shot to wound, not kill. Now they empty the whole clip for virtually any reason.😡
