@JagexSupport It's a shame Jagex is unwilling to help even paying customers with some sort of compensation for lost items. How do I know your app is secure? My account was only breached after logging into the app, but remained untouched for years beforehand.
@JagexSupport my account was hacked last night. I came back to the game and even bought membership for mobile. I changed the password 3 days ago and have only logged into the app. I know you can't refund items but what about gold? I also couldnt get the authenticator to work.
@JagexSupport I'm not asking for a refund for membership. The link for refunds just sends me to the regular support page. I want to support jagex, but I'm not willing to start all over again. I'd be happy to even know how I got hacked.
