@MDMoore23 @SassyMetisChick I've been experimenting making my own plant-based sausages, and they've come out pretty well. There's a beer-brat version, and they even grill up pretty well. Now I need to work on making my own saurkraut.

@matt_bohnhoff Are you looking for something collaborative, or just a personal wiki? For a lot of wiki websites, it's well worth learning Markdown (which really isn't that difficult).
