SecureBio Detection has a lot to share since our last update: several new preprints on our wastewater work, scaled up our nasal swab collection dramatically, we're moving into a larger lab space, and we've rebranded from the "Nucleic Acid Observatory" to "SecureBio Detection"

This is so cool.
I’m pleased to share version 1.0 of our new dashboard for displaying data from our wastewater metagenomic project.
This is a collaborative projected between MU, U. Wisc @dho, and SecureBio; funded by Inkfish and Open Philanthropy.

It took me SEVEN years to figure out that you can save a ggplot as a vectorized .svg file ggsave("file.svg"). The svg file can be opened on powerpoint and it will be completely vectorized, even text are still recognized as text boxes! No more recreating plots on illustrator!!!!!
Officially published in npj Metabolic Health and Disease! We ran metabolomics and salivary biomeasures + metals on saliva from >700 children and their caregivers as part of the Family Life Project.
