The system is clearly broken and people shouldn't be making it a priority to keep prisons as full as possible. They should be a last resort, not a blanket solution.

@_rufhaus @izzystillsmokin Well said. The science is proven and they're safer now than they've ever been. There's nothing wrong with blindly following science, facts, logic, and reasoning. Blindly following in most other things, however, does not often yield the same results.
