@RedsDaily4 The FO and Ownership are not very good but it’s the coaches and players responsibility to maintain a standard on the field. No approach at the plate. Guessing pitches. Poor footwork and bad angles are all the reasons why they are playing poorly. That’s coaching and players.
@RedsDaily4 Kid can’t catch a break smh . To add to the injury plague they have going on , they just aren’t making the plays or timely hitting if at all like they did last year. It’s a hard road being a Reds fan sometimes.
@CBoxSports I love the Reds don’t get me wrong but very few hitters in the lineup daily have a great approach. They make any pitcher look good. Never make any adjustments and just watch strikes go by . Singer was dealing too. He deserved to win last night
@otl_ff I don’t know that you can put rookies on a list right now . They haven’t even taken a snap in the league but could potentially be spot on where you have them if they produce like they did in college . It’s a man’s game in the league. Time will tell.
Lifelong Reds fan here . Hayes has more value on the field than most in the lineup. The Reds are struggling offensively as a team right now so the argument about his hitting is irrelevant. He has killed so many big potential innings by opponents with his glove period
@SleeperReds No. And honestly the casual Reds fans who don't know anything about ball who think they do are the most nauseating. Hayes is the best defense 3B in the last 10-15 years. Probably will end up as top 5 defensive of all time. Suarez makes that play 1/10 times. Let Geno DH keep Hayes
Don’t look now but Cincinnati Reds are 3-1 !
This team feels like a veteran team , although young. Speaks to the culture that Tito brings of playing clean baseball. It’s early but they winning games they have lost in the past. Culture is shifting in Cincy !
@OhioStateHoops Bruce Thorton did the same thing. It’s to see where he’s graded and if he has a legit shot to get drafted this year. Smart move to know where he stands. Good for the program to get that exposure for future recruiting. Hope to see him back in the Fall.
RUN IT BACK
A’mare Bynum has officially announced he’ll return to Ohio State for his sophomore season.
The talented 6’8” forward averaged 9.7 points (50% FG), 4.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 0.8 blocks per game, starting 24 of 34 games this season.
@Ronrosco2 If this is for fantasy cool I guess but if it’s real talk ,then having a top 10 all time rusher rated behind some of these backs or any of them really is criminal to the game . @KingHenry_2 is that guy !!!
@LockedOnReds Not a very good take . I see your points but nobody is going to take away runs or kill rallies defensively like Hayes. Also , it would be different if the Reds were an offensive juggernaut. A lot has to happen well for that to happen imo.
