In looking at school improvement ideas with my students, a lot of them revolve around COVID-19 and teachers needing help, guidance, and a break. Teachers are putting in more hours than we have ever seen. As administrators we have to find a way to help/support them.

Discussion of tipping points in class today and how something can tip when it happens at the exact right moment. If COVID hits in the US in the middle of cold winter instead of spring break, does that change it hitting a tipping point?

After talking to students on campus (college) age and my own kids (5th) and (2nd) grade how school has been with social distancing requirements and having to wear a mask while at school. Response has been that it is no big deal. Adult problem not a student problem.

Great first class session for #LDSP602 Leadership Seminar. What is leadership??? One question raises so many different answers. My answer: Leadership is the ability to adapt and change based on the needs of the group you serve.
