Huge congratulations @RishiSunak on becoming PM to lead us through challenging times. I predicted a decade ago that @Conservatives would select our first Brit Indian PM & proud today that comes to be. I wish Rishi the v best, he has my wholehearted support https://t.co/yXLyo0hWTq
1/ Boris Johnson delivered Brexit and the great vaccine roll-out.
He led our country through some of the toughest challenges we have ever faced, and then took on Putin and his barbaric war in Ukraine.
We will always be grateful to him for that.
“I wasn’t given my seat. I took it from Labour. And every time I have been to the ballot box since I have increased my vote share.
I work hard, I listen to people and I know why I’m in politics.”

I’m backing Boris. He got the big calls right, whether it was ordering more vaccines ahead of more waves of covid, arming 🇺🇦 early against the advice of some, or stepping down for the sake of unity. But now, Britain needs him back. We need to unite to deliver on our manifesto 1/2
I have now formally nominated Boris Johnson for the leadership of the #Conservative Party which, if successful, will lead to his being our next Prime Minister.
The boss is back. The man who broke the Brexit deadlock, delivered the first Covid vaccine, supported Ukraine when no one else would. The one person Labour fear the most is Boris Johnson #BringBackBoris
Oh no - it’s pride month…. So, as I find myself pointing out every year, if there’s something you shouldn’t feel shame for then you shouldn’t feel pride for it either. Being gay is a morally neutral fact. Neither pride nor shame. Just being. Like everybody else.
@Care4Calais last time I remember - France isn’t a war torn country, therefore any European country should be acceptable to reside in, to go to U.K. is nothing but economic refugee which is harming the country’s economic development. @pritipatel
