@PeteButtigieg please keep working on holding these airlines accountable, our voices at @AmericanAir aren’t heard no matter how much blame falls on them and every department pushes you off even if you have a high level of status with them. Delayed flight? So sorry, deal with it.

@AmericanAir once again you’re heartless CLT gate agents closed a flight on me 12 minutes before departure time. Last flight of the night and multiple Exec Plat on board. Blaming the tower for this is unacceptable. You delayed us out of EWR for an hour, not the tower.
