@SeminolePeej What other admin would be completely radio silent after so much losing? I’ve never seen anything like it.
It’s exactly what I’d do if I took over the UF or Miami programs.
FSU’s biggest adversary right now isn’t Miami or Florida. It isn’t the NCAA or the ACC. It isn’t even Mike Norvell or Tony White.
It’s Richard McCullough, Peter Collins, and the rest of the Board of Trustees.
Their silence speaks volumes. This fanbase deserves communication, accountability, and a reason to believe there’s a plan. Instead, we’re left watching a once-proud football program crumble while the people responsible for its future won’t even address us.
You cannot claim to care about Florida State while treating its fanbase like an inconvenience.
Mario Cristobal has to be the happiest guy in the world today.
His team largely played like crap so now he gets to coach them harder in practice and tell them they’re not all that. Coaches love that.
And they still ripped their Rivals hearts out in double overtime.
But wait, there’s more
That rival that is so bad at recruiting that it has to pay defensive line prices for safeties and slot receivers? It might keep the staff for another year. Signing day on easy Street yet again.
We can acknowledge that FSU got robbed last night and still appreciate how hard those young men fought. Both things can be true. But emotion cannot replace evaluation. Four ACC wins since 2024 isn’t a bad stretch. It’s a systemic failure of the standard. This is Florida State. The conversation has to be bigger than one Saturday. At some point, you have to stop celebrating competitiveness and start demanding championship-level results again.
