After a power outage @AmerenMissouri connected a 3-phase electric service backwards and destroyed a $30,000 HVAC system on one of our properties on @cherokeestreet. @mattfredstl The special taxing district doesn’t have any future revenues since it has been replaced by a CID which cannot legally repay monies received by a different entity. I can’t spend any more time on this today but I’d be happy to talk in person sometime.

@mattfredstl @CaraSpencerSTL CSBA meetings are 3rd Thursdays of each month. There's a detailed accounting in the agenda. You can also ask the treasurer if you have questions. Still not sure what you're trying to imply. I would like a refund for overpaid taxes as would others who were overtaxed.
