The ‘midlife crisis’ is happening at younger ages. Generations were raised with an obsessive focus on achievement and a lack of self connection. The result is 30 year olds who don’t know who they are, living unfulfilled lives. Older generations tend to mock a desire for fulfillment because they never got to experience it.
