The company that builds the F-35 shot down an Iranian-style attack drone using an AI system and a missile launched from a shipping container — and built the entire system in 45 days. This is what modern air defense looks like.

@RawBooty2 Thanks. Nvidia is booking larger deals for fiber optic cables w Corning. 3D printed copper sheets 1 atom thick like graphene, graphene, fiber optic cables & carbon nanotubes are all being tested now as replacements for copper wiring. There are improvements w those in the labs
What is going on in copper?
I know many data centers are using a lot of copper wiring for now, but there is a large Nvidia deal for new fiber optic cables that can replace some copper wiring. Graphene, fiber optic & carbon nanotubes also being tested for wiring at data centers
BREAKING: US data center construction spending jumped +28% YoY in April, to a record annualized rate of $50.7 billion.
At the same time, public spending on transportation came in at $49.9 billion.
This means data center construction spending has outpaced government transportation spending for the first time in history.
Since 2022, spending on data centers has surged by +357%.
Over the same period, government spending on transportation has increased +16%.
As a result, data centers now account for 2.3% of all US construction spending.
The AI buildout is reshaping US infrastructure spending.
China has promised to buy billions more in farm purchases. They also promised to leave Hong Kong independent and to not militarize the South China Sea. Not to mention, they failed to live up to the last trade agreement
All CCP promises are worthless

I like this pullback in gold. Good for gold companies with good free cash flow to buy additional assets in M&A. Sentiment cooling off with trend traders leaving the trade is good for base building above $4k/oz and a move higher long term
Copper now diverging from gold in a meaningful way.
Yes, AI, industrial demand, and onshoring are part of the story.
But the real driver is a tightening supply-demand imbalance that the market is only beginning to price in.
That said:
Metals rarely stay disconnected for long.
This gap is setting the stage for gold to become the next catch-up trade, in my view.

The quality and diversity of materials that can be 3D printed including sheets of copper, hypersonic missiles and other different metals and materials seems to have drastically improved recently with alloys, metals and composites
A Hawaii startup 3D-printed a military boat hull from volcanic rock and sent it to the Navy for testing. No molds, no factory, no fiberglass — just a printer, basalt fiber, and a digital file.

Silicon Valley venture capital business model at the Pentagon now funding lots of DARPA style projects. Small $10 million to $40 million prototype contracts are being handed out like candy now to any company with a good prototype
For those that care I am suffering from severe burnout for awhile. So after making over 2k YouTube videos for 15+ years w over 11 million views I am questioning if I should make anymore YouTube videos & why I should spend hrs of work per video on work that doesn't pay the bills
@ReiiValentinaa I met him in person for 30 minutes about a decade ago. He is big into bio hacking and anti-aginging or de-aging supplements and other outside the box medical ideas. He looks a lot younger than his biological age
