North Sulphur River is my home. Food does taste better in cast iron skillets. My wife is my best friend.

@PATB50341788 Stinky ol cottonmouth. I hate those things. Makes it hard to squirrel hunt when you have to look where you step.

@lippyent Cockelburs, goatheads, and beggars lice.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@lippyent Crawdeds

@EchoesofWarYT "Man in the Wilderness" with Richard Harris was a more accurate movie even though his name was Zach Bass in the movie instead of Hugh Glass.

@DrGregLittle2 Was wondering if this might be a discoid? It was found in a creek in North East Texas not to far from where this boatstone was found.

@PATB50341788 That's a nice looking creek. Might produce a point or two. Have a Blessed day Timber Man.

@PeachProof23 Today's soap does not contain lye like it did 100 years ago. Modern soap will not strip the seasoning like it used too. It's what you do after you wash it that matters.

@William28796229 My eyes may be playing tricks on me, but it looks like there are more points in that picture.

@Texas_jeep__guy A few small towns around me have them. Cooper, Commerce,Wolfe City, and Wills Point. They all look just like the town shown.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@radioactivered Thank you.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@JamesHu27192912 Amen. Raised my kids to be this way. You wouldn't believe how many times he gets praised by the "Old Timers" for having a strong handshake. There are way to many limp wristed, dead hand, soy boys amongst us

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@lippyent Yes, it was not spicy enough. Only calls for an 8oz can of tomato sauce also. I gave it 2 thumbs down.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@JamesHu27192912 That's a beautiful stove. Enjoy the simplicity that life offers. We seem to overlook this. God bless.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@EchoesofWarYT Fire was behind the chuckbox like it was always suppose to be. It was an "unwritten rule" that no cowboy walked between the fire pit and the chuckbox. This space was for "Cookie" only.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@PATB50341788 Very nice.

[J-Bird @JasonFi09345466]

@1thread6flags Empire of the Summer Moon was a great read. I highly recommend it to fully understand how powerful he and the Comanches were in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma.

@PATB50341788 Good eating right there. Congrats
