The last 24 hours I experienced the most horrific customer service I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Customer service was rude condescending and told me there was nothing they could do to assist with my flight disruption due to crew issues.

@AmericanAir How long should I anticipate waiting. A simple “we are working on your request and will be back in touch within X business days” would be helpful. In the meantime, in person and customer relations by phone said there was nothing they could do to assist. #CustomerExperience
