@meganthedawdler @NYGovCuomo Agreed. Also they have been defunding mental health institutions at an alarming rate. 80% closed since the 70's. What do you think happens to these people who need help? Drugs, homeless, criminals, murderers, suicides. They all stem back to mental health.

@NYGovCuomo The "MAJOR CRISIS" is not gun violence. It's the defunding of mental health institutions. The government has been defunding them since the 60's. At first they put patients in prisons and when the prisons were full, they let them out on the streets. Do your homework!!!!

But this is about decisions. his decision not to use the hospital ship comfort, or the Javitz Center or the field hospital created these numbers and now were finding out it's 2x higher. Wake Up.

@Nyc5York @NYGovCuomo He ignored CDC guidelines, horded ventilators, and refused to fully use the hospitals ship, the Javitz center and the field hospital the federal government made for him to put people in. He chose to create his own guidelines. He knew since day 1 seniors were the highest at risk.
