@chilternrailway I don't want to make a complaint I just want your railway to do the basics correctly. Surely that's not too much to ask of a company that is awarded a monopoly on that line?
@chilternrailway so I was using Amersham to get to Aylesbury for the first time and almost missed the 11.41 because the station digital board said 'This train terminates here'. Why can't you get this right. It was only a passenger on the train that saved me waiting an hour ๐ก๐ก๐ก
@LNRailway what happened to the 11.35 from Platform 1 at Milton Keynes? Standing there waiting for it. It got to 11.38 and it just disappeared off the board with no announcement made.
It's exceedingly frustrating when this happens
@sainsburys once upon a time (granted almost 45 years ago) part of your retail training/induction was that you always step aside for the customer. These days you get barged out the way or they stand there until you move. Am I wrong on this?
@waitrose when there are two staff on self service duty surely it would be good practice for at least one of them to keep their eyes on the area rather than have both with their backs to self service happily chatting with the one open till. Chesham just now.
@Custom_Hubdesk@waitrose no. Just the same as all other social media managers want to get it on a private channel. How stupid do you think I am? I am not an inconvenience I am a customer. Used to be happy to pay an extra quid or two to JLP in return for ecxellent service.
I mean I do apologise for expecting your people to do their somewhat limited role now you have your customers doing the actual work themselves whilst you pocket a higher GP than opening more tills.
