I think some of this feedback is fair.
Over the past year, we did a poor job managing expectations — not because the work wasn’t real, but because the way we talked about it created the wrong mental model.
We’re not a company that jumps from “announcement” to “breakthrough”. Most of our progress is slow, cumulative, and often boring from the outside. Dressing that up in hype does more harm than good, and that’s on us.
Going forward, we’ll be much more deliberate: fewer signals, less narrative amplification, and only talking about things when their shape is already clear.
You don’t need to believe in promises. Judge us by what compounds over time.
