People in loving, supportive relationships heal significantly faster from physical wounds and illnesses than those in hostile or socially isolated environments.
Research from The Ohio State University, led by
psychoneuroimmunologist Dr. Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, has shown that couples experiencing high conflict heal wounds up to 40–60% more slowly than those in supportive relationships.
This difference is largely driven by stress biology: supportive relationships lower cortisol, the stress hormone that suppresses immune function.
At the same time, positive social bonds increase oxytocin and dopamine, which calm inflammation and enhance cellular repair processes.
Together, these findings demonstrate that emotional connection is not just psychological comfort—it directly influences the body’s ability to heal.
🚨 Scientists Say “Luck” Is Not Random — And Your Mind Shapes It
In 2019, Oxford physicists ran an experiment with electrons and found particles behaved differently depending on whether the observer expected a certain result. This confirmed a long-standing hypothesis: expectation itself changes outcomes.
🔹 Scientists call this the observer coherence effect. When you’re confident you’ll “get lucky,” your brain filters reality to highlight opportunities others ignore.
🔹 Research in Zurich found that people who believe in their luck are 3x more likely to find money, land jobs, and close deals — not because of magic, but because their brains are tuned to spot signals others miss.
🔹 Even quantum experiments with random numbers showed a strange pattern: participants’ focused intention nudged probabilities beyond statistical norms.
The lesson? Luck isn’t mysticism — it’s the power of focus aligning quantum possibilities in your favor. Every moment holds countless outcomes. Your mind helps decide which one becomes real.
🚨 STOP COMPLAINING — IT’S LITERALLY TRAINING YOUR BRAIN TO BE NEGATIVE
Ever notice how some people seem stressed all the time, even over small things? Science says it’s not just their personality — it’s their brain.
Research shows that repeated complaining actually rewires your brain. Every time you complain, your brain activates stress and threat-detection circuits. Do it again and again, and those circuits get stronger. This process is called neuroplasticity — your brain becomes better at whatever you practice most.
So if you constantly talk about problems, frustrations, and annoyances, your brain learns to search for negativity. What starts as a bad day slowly turns into a habit of negative thinking. Over time, the brain treats the world as a dangerous place, even when nothing is wrong.
This is why chronic complainers often feel tense, irritated, or overwhelmed by small issues. Their stress level stays high because their brain is stuck in “alert mode.” Even minor problems feel big, because the brain has been trained to react that way.
The powerful part? This can be reversed. Stanford researchers explain that once you understand how your brain works, you can retrain it. Shifting how you speak — focusing on solutions, gratitude, or learning — builds new, healthier pathways. Your brain can be trained for calm, resilience, and clarity just as easily as it was trained for stress.
What you repeat, your brain remembers.
So choose your words carefully — you’re shaping your mind every day.
The smartest age in life may be 55 to 60 – not in your 20s.
Raw cognitive abilities, such as processing speed and memory, often peak early in life. Athletes typically hit their prime before 30, mathematicians make major breakthroughs by their mid-30s, and chess champions rarely stay dominant past 40.
However, a new research reveals that overall psychological functioning—including personality traits, judgment, and emotional intelligence—peaks much later, between ages 55 and 60.
A study analyzing 16 key traits across the lifespan found that conscientiousness peaks around 65, emotional stability reaches its height near 75, moral reasoning deepens in older age, and the ability to avoid cognitive biases may improve into the 70s or 80s.
When combined into a single index, these traits suggest the mind is most balanced in the late 50s, blending experience, emotional steadiness, and sound judgment. This may explain why many top leaders and thinkers achieve their greatest impact in midlife.

🧠 Train Your Mind, Change Your Brain
This concept is based on neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to reorganize and strengthen neural connections based on repeated experiences and thoughts. When certain mental patterns are practiced often, the brain becomes more efficient at activating those pathways.
Psychologists often refer to this as “training attention.” Studies in cognitive science show that regularly focusing on positive experiences can increase activity in brain regions associated with reward, emotional balance, and motivation.
For example, practices like gratitude journaling or mindfulness meditation have been linked to measurable changes in brain areas such as the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus. These regions play important roles in emotional regulation, memory, and decision-making.
At the same time, the brain naturally has a negativity bias — a tendency to notice threats or problems more easily than positive events. This evolved as a survival mechanism, but modern stress can cause the brain to stay overly focused on negative stimuli.
By intentionally shifting attention toward positive experiences without ignoring reality, people can gradually rebalance these neural patterns. Over time, this can support greater resilience, improved mood, and healthier responses to everyday challenges.

THE END TIMES ARE HERE! (again)
This might be the most controversial, urgent, and important post I’ve ever released.
If you’re a Christian Zionist, prepare to be triggered. Get those angry little fingers limbered up and ready to curse me with all the nasty rhetoric your dispensation-pushing pastors have armed you with.
I’m here for it. Go ahead. Expose yourselves. The world is watching.
Let’s do this…
End-Times Rhetoric in the U.S. Military
U.S. military personnel have filed complaints about religious rhetoric from commanders who framed the war with Iran in “end-times” terms. Some allegedly claimed that Donald Trump was “anointed by Jesus” and that the conflict could trigger biblical prophecy.
Commanders in multiple branches—including the Army, Air Force, and Space Force—reportedly cited the Book of Revelation, describing military operations as “all part of God’s divine plan” to usher in the end times.
Right on cue, social media is flooded with prophecy-obsessed “Christians” preparing for Armageddon.
I’ll admit it: the signs are everywhere.
But how do we know they’re real?
Is it possible that the same dark forces that use fear to control humanity have been manufacturing the appearance of doomsday prophecy?
The Bible actually predicted this:
• Revelation 13:13–14 “It (the False Prophet) performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, and by the signs that it is allowed to work… it deceives those who dwell on earth.”
Here are other passages often cited as heralding the end times:
• Matthew 24:6–7: “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars… Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.”
• 2 Timothy 3:1–5: “There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money… disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy…”
• Revelation 13:16–17: “It also forced all people… to receive a mark… so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark…”
• Luke 21:25–26: “On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity… People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world.”
• 2 Peter 3:3–4: “In the last days scoffers will come… They will say, ‘Where is this “coming” he promised?’”
• Matthew 24:12: “Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold.”
• Matthew 24:21: “For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now.”
• Numbers 19:2 (NIV): “Speak to the Israelites and tell them to bring you a red heifer without defect or blemish.”
Embryo Importation and Implantation
Christian Zionists are eagerly anticipating the discovery of a flawless Red Heifer, believed essential for producing sacred ashes to purify a future Third Temple and reinstate sacrificial worship—a key prophetic milestone.
Because Israeli law does not allow importing live cattle from abroad due to disease concerns, the Temple Institute and allied breeders have imported frozen embryos from Red Angus cattle in the United States. These embryos are then implanted into domestic Israeli cows that carry the pregnancy to term.
History’s Recurring End-Times Panics
Throughout history, large groups—sometimes entire cultures—have believed the world was about to end.
• 1000 AD: Christians feared the apocalypse at the first millennium.
• 1300s – The Black Death: Plague deaths were seen as divine punishment.
• 1400s – Taborites/Hussite Wars: Belief that the Antichrist ruled the Catholic Church.
• 1525 – The Great Flood: Astrologers predicted a global flood.
• 1661 – The Fifth Monarchists: English Civil War fueled end-times fears.
• 1710 – Camisards of France: Belief in imminent return of Christ.
• 1910 – Halley’s Comet: Panic over a predicted global catastrophe.
• 1918 – Spanish Flu: Pandemic convinced many the end was near.
• 1945 – Atomic Age: Hiroshima and Nagasaki sparked fears of nuclear apocalypse.
• 1970 – Late Great Planet Earth: Hal Lindsey predicted the world would end by the late 1980s.
• 1988 – 88 Reasons Why the Rapture Will Be in 1988: Panic over predicted Rapture.
• 2000 – Y2K: Fears of technological apocalypse.
• 2012 – Mayan Calendar: Misinterpreted as predicting doomsday.
• 2020 – COVID-19: Global pandemic and supply disruptions fueled end-times speculation.
• 2025 – Present: Social unrest, environmental disasters, and geopolitical tensions are fueling renewed end-times beliefs.
The Weaponization of Faith
Over a century ago, thanks to men such as John Nelson Darby, C.I. Schofield, and others, the Word of God was retranslated such that today we have millions of faithful Christians literally praying for genocide.
The doom-based conditioning runs so deep that they actually believe God is powering the war machine.
That just might be the most destructive and deadly lie ever embraced—and the seed of every “holy war.”
Let’s call it what it is: it is anti-Christ.
The truth is—we are entering the Apocalypse, which is properly defined as: a disclosure, a lifting of the veil, the revealing of divine truth.
Every end is a new beginning.
May God bless humanity and awaken the slumbering masses.

They Call Them "Luciferian." But Do They Know What That Actually Means?
Many neo-Christians and conspiracy-minded people condemn others and "the elite" as "Luciferian."
But the true, deep esoteric meaning of the Luciferic force has been grossly distorted into an oversimplified caricature.
People throw the word around without any understanding of its esoteric occult meaning, including the positive attributes it contains, for Lucifer is not all evil.
The irony is that many of them are themselves entranced by the negative Luciferic impulse, and Lucifer works through them.
Lucifer is behind the deceptive Veil of Light that blinds many Christians while they project their shadow externally onto others.
Lucifer is behind what Spengler called the "Second Religiosity," the revival of a corrupted dogmatic religious impulse at the end of a civilization's cycle.
Luciferic forces feed on grandiosity, spiritual delusion, and subtle superiority.
They give the illusion of being "awake" and making spiritual progress while avoiding the real inner work of transformation.
Lucifer will inflate you as you look down on others whom you deem "asleep."
On the positive side, Luciferic beings help awaken individuality and the desire for freedom and autonomy.
They inspire imagination, creativity, and idealism, and push the soul toward spiritual aspiration, igniting the yearning for the Divine. They help people break free from rigid societal norms and rigid materialism.
On the negative side, they can inspire a false light that leads to spiritual narcissism, spiritual pride, spiritual bypassing, emotional escapism, fantasies, addictions, illusions of grandeur, religious dogma, and the missionary/savior complex.
The dark side of Lucifer is alive and well in Christians and New Agers alike.
No one is truly exempt from the Luciferic impulse. We are all transducers of forces and beings from the higher and lower realms.
The entry point, as always, is one's shadow, ego blind spots and weaknesses, unconscious trauma and childhood wounds, and the need to be saved, special, or chosen.
In the esoteric tradition, these entities and beings also serve a teaching function. They highlight what you need to work on and tap into what you need to transmute and purify.
But if one is blinded by the deceptive Veil of Light of the Luciferic temptation, if the ego believes itself to be "spiritualized" or "saved," or if you only think others are influenced by Lucifer and don't see it in yourself, then the deception is even harder to notice, and the delusion intensifies.
As always, the antidote and ultimate protection is psycho-spiritual inner work and shadow integration with sincerity, humility, and spiritual will.
Godspeed.

The entitlement of "this should be free" is very prevalent in the so-called truth or freedom movement and in certain spiritual/New Age circles.
It is a deep-running matrix poverty/scarcity program. Ironically, it is installed by the same forces many "truthers" claim to fight, but it works through them like "wetiko" without their awareness. It tags in their blame/victim consciousness based on unconscious trauma and shadow projections,
It also ties into corrupted false spiritual/religious ideas that have enslaved humanity for thousands of years with the false idea that money is evil or that being poor and having no possessions is "spiritual."
Nowadays, with a lot of "free" stuff on the internet, many people (especially younger people) become even more entitled to have stuff, information, or knowledge for "free."
It plays perfectly into the matrix forces that tempt these people as well with "free universal basic income, "free health care", "free education", "free child support", free welfare", "government handouts, " FREE etc..". and the Marxist/Socialist agenda (on a 3D level) when you will finally "own nothing but be happy" as Klaus and WEF advertise.
But noting is "free" in the entire universe. Thinking and claiming so goes against Universal/Natural Law. There is always a price to be paid [not just monetary], and there is such a thing as karmic debt, and sometimes people sell their souls and get themselves into occult agreements of entrapment via "bargaining to get something for free."
Most often, the price is freedom on a macro level and soul entrapment on a micro metaphysical level.

“No, even if we needed no money at all, it would still be necessary to keep this payment. It rids us at once of many useless people. Nothing shows up in people so much as their attitude towards money.
They are ready to waste as much as you like on their own personal fantasies, but they have no valuation whatever of another person’s labor.
I must work for them and give them gratis [free] everything that they vouchsafe to take from me. [They say:] ’How is it possible to trade in knowledge? This ought to be free.’
It is precisely for this reason that the demand for this payment is necessary. Some people will never pass this barrier. “
- G. I. Gurdjieff

“You will see that in life, you receive exactly what you give. Your life is the mirror of what you are. It is in your image. You are passive, blind, demanding. You take all, you accept all, without feeling any obligation.
Your attitude toward the world and toward life is the attitude of one who has the right to make demands and to take, who has no need to pay or to earn. You believe that all things are your due simply because it is you!
All your blindness is there! None of this strikes your attention. And yet this is what keeps one world separate from another world.”
– Jeanne de Salzmann

"Universal law is as immutable as the seasons, as inevitable as the course of the stars, and no metaphysical maestro is going to alter these inevitables in ten lessons or in ten million lessons.
The law of cause and effect is as inevitable as day and night, as certain as the tides, and as constant as the ages. This law says that ‘as ye sow, so shall ye reap’.
What you earn comes to you, what you have not earned can never be yours, and neither god nor man can alter the complexion of these facts."
