I had a model S and X and understand your frustration. I would be as well. Is 14.1 better than 12.6? Yes. Is it perfect, no… is 12.6 good? Absolutely! You’re are not missing much except auto reverse to park…. Should you get a newer model? Absolutely not…

Yeah 14.1 is much better that initial 14.0 lite.
Brake stabbing is gone, no stabbing the last 400mi.
My irritations are just 2
1) it waits until the last minute to get over to make a turn. So I go ahead and signal manually early
2) parking. It will park in obscene areas at your destination. Once it parked (I let it to see what would happen) at the back side of the store where the loading docks were instead of the front.
* I don’t really count this a FSD issue, but more of nav issue. Nav is much worse since update. To circumvent I will often drop a pin to destination’s onroute to got that particular route and the cancel when near so it can proceed the preferred route.
