@MADkurious There are some mindless games out there that are a waste. But, if you're playing games with a good story, challenging mechanics, or interesting puzzles, then yes, it's great exercise for the brain.
@ManagerTactical@OLUWATOBI58485 He and Messi both walk a lot, but in very different areas. Messi looks to get involved in build up and Ronaldo, at least in this game, seems to only be looked to score by remaining as the most advanced player.
@strictlyfotball I have seen many bad takes about soccer, but this might just take the cake. How is it unfair? If it is scored even though the GK came BROKE A WELL KNOWN RULE, why should it be retaken? That would make no sense whatsoever.
Stargate Fans Fly #SaveStargate Banner Over Amazon MGM Headquarters

Amazon MGM Studios cancelled Stargate, saying the fans are not enough. Now the global fan base is clapping back.
Yesterday our mass here on the @Space_Station shrank a bit, as we said goodbye to the @SpaceX Dragon-34 cargo vehicle and the bounty of science that she brought us. It was a busy but very fruitful month. Here’s how she looked:
1) The night pass just prior to undocking, awash in the red glow of its navigation light, with long exposure highlighting the night sky, air glow and some city lights.
2) Matching the aurora that happened to dance by in the night pass just prior to undocking.
3) Timelapse as she detaches from the ISS and disappears out of view.
Messi and CR7 both walk around a lot now, but their methodologies are different. Messi does it in areas where he can get involved and have a big impact even if it's not him scoring. CR7 stays as the player highest up the field, clearly just looking for goals. Interesting.
Soccer, football, whatever you wish to call it, is based on merit. Win the games in front of you and you will go far. Lose, and you get relegated. These teams had the chance to qualify and lost. They did not earn their spot, so they miss out. It's that simple.
FIFA World Rankings
- Italy #12
- Denmark #20
- Nigeria #26
- Poland #35
All of these teams didn’t qualify. There are 48 teams in the World Cup
Having the best teams in the biggest tournament makes sense. The qualifying process is dumb
@P2WFantasy They had the chance to qualify and failed. This isn't NASCAR and there are no provisional qualifications. The only guaranteed spots are for the hosts. If you fail to qualify, it's on you.
@spencer_askew At least you're consistent. Many aren't. Lol. Still, imo, it's such a small percentage of the game action, that the good stuff greatly outweighs it. I wish it were penalized more often, though.
@tanpukunokami Nope. Where I am, the ground isn't really suited for basements, so they aren't really a thing here. But the US is big and has many types of land. Some are great for basements and they are more common in those areas.
@LeahRay44 At least for me and the people around here, it's just how we are raised. We're taught to respect others and be kind. We all enjoy a laugh and a polite "thank you," so it's good if we can also give that to others.
