@PlayStation I downloaded the preorder for wwe 2K26. When it went live I got a screen saying I need to get a 2k account just to open it. Their servers were down and now I just want a refund which PlayStation refuses. What can I do?

@BestBuy please stop using Roadie through UPS. The picture of my box is their confirmation my Nintendo Switch 2 arrived and it was nowhere to be found. Francisco the driver is probably racing around in Mario Kart. Best Buy has also denied a refund because it delivered

@SoFi my account has been restricted for almost a month now. No idea why with no explanation. Just told security teams are reviewing and will reach out with information. I just want to access funds so this has been beyond frustrating. Any advice since I call support daily?

@AmazonHelp I did call again and pleaded my case. They said instead of sending to account specialist they will try to escalate to another team. I will see if that helps.

@AmazonHelp Please assist me with regaining account access. It was closed due to unauthorized access (which never happened, I confirmed it was me). Now my photos and Amazon Kids/Alexa apps are stuck. Support has just responding with canned responses. HELP!

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp But they do not respond. You call and speak to a call center who says they will send an email to the Account Specialist. The Account Specialist respond with generated e-mail responses and cannot be contacted directly.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp sorry Hank that has not worked. I tried that a few days ago then again yesterday. I spoke to someone who said they will have the account specialist resolve this issue which resulted in an email that my account is closed. Same as if I use Chat Help.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp I received an email titled "Your https://t.co/LmJiBxs9kK account has been closed" then it says "Due to repeated unauthorized access, your account cannot be reopened." But there was never unauthorized access. I need data on this existing account - what can be done?

@apexgoalie @PlanetFitness I'm with you Chris. I understand sticking to agreements, however, Planet Fitness annual dues were due on the same date regardless to the fact that in most US locations they were closed for months and just recently reopened which I am sure hit a lot of people with dues.
