It only took 61 days for @TMobile to resolve shipping a duplicate handset ANND charging us for it... now to wait for the credit to apply back to the credit card... hopefully that doesn't take another 61 day!
@jkilgore Still one of my favorite office pranks of all time.... But if I recall I was yelling about my monitor for almost a WEEK before I announced we were RMAing gear... I think I still have the annoy-a-tron in my desk... About time to brush off the dust!
@united Yup and i understand the practice it was just frustrating to wait for the staff and delay our departure over 40 minutes while on the plane. We arrived safely but if you want to toss some miles into my account because of the inconvenience i wouldn't hold that against you. ;)
Hey @united it's no big deal that you fill your empty seats with your staff but next time it would be nice if they arrive to their seats on the plane on time... You wouldn't have waited to leave Chicago if I were 30 minutes late for the flight.We shouldn't have to wait for you.
I don't know why i'm even surprised that @MoviePass customer service hung up on me when i called with an issue... but i can't believe a customer service agent just said "i can't help you, i'm hanging up now"

I now know to press record when the @united pilot very graciously explains on the PA a seat is broken & we will be delayed (for almost 90 minutes). So i can play it for customer service when they tell @rookieinchrist that they won't give him a hotel or get him home #brokenplane
