What happened on January 6 matches the legal definition for Insurrection that is prohibited by 14th Amendment Section 3. That prohibition exists a qualification for candidates in US Elections.

@Newsweek Consider Hegseth for 25th. Leaders don’t fire Generals for disagreements, they welcome criticism constructively as consultation toward improvement. Hegseth’s removal of Generals’ superior experience increases the danger to American Soldiers and Iranian Citizens.

Remember 🇺🇸: For years the USA worked successfully with Iran to prevent their Electricity Program from being able to produce a nuclear weapon. Trump removed the U.S. from that mutually agreed 2015 Iran Deal (in 2018) before he attacked Iran in 2026.
