Winless in 5 starts at her previous campaign, 6YO mare Bonjoy has now made it 2 stakes victories in a row since resuming with a blistering finish in the Listed Grandstand Cup over 1500m at Ascot.

With 13 wins and 5 placings from 26 starts, Bonjoy won her first black type race – the Starstruck Classic – as a 4YO and takes her earnings over $700k after being sold by Alwyn Park Stud to Jason Miller Racing for $60,000 at the 2021 Perth Magic Millions Yearling Sale.

Alwyn Park also stands Bonjoy’s sire, Maschino, who was successful earlier in the day with Machine Gun Gracie winning the Group 3 Epona Stakes in Sydney.
