@Delta WHY are there always issues with YOUR aircrafts? AGAIN my travel plans are completely screwed because of your issues. Skymiles status means nothing. Customer service is horrible. Why do the customers always have to suffer. You just steal money with no resolution. Shame!
@Delta I don’t need an apology. I require a resolution since you’ve completely screwed me over… AGAIN. The craziness is YOUR aircrafts being the issue yet the customer has to run to find a solution. Not fair to the consumer.
@Delta, the last 2 weekends I’ve had to travel & EVERY SINGLE FLIGHT has been delayed. Not due to weather but maintenance issues with your aircrafts. It’s affected my work terribly and as a loyal, status carrying frequent flyer, it’s poor customer service. Horrible experiences!

So @airfrance just destroyed BOTH of my bags and forced us to divert to a random city where I’m told nothing can be done. My luggage was new and now it’s smashed and broken. Please don’t fly this terrible airline who doesn’t care about their customers. Despicable service. 😡🤬😤

I really hate flying anymore. Airlines can’t keep their flight times. @AmericanAir is literally the worst offender. They are guaranteed to be delayed which just caused me to miss my connection. My sister is getting married and now I’m at risk to miss it. Shame on this bloody AA!
Hey @Delta … So, is it safe to say that you have gotten to the place where the customer can expect delays and cancellations EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME THEY FLY WITH YOU?! You have made a sport of not caring about the customers whose lives are affected by your failure. Shame on u!
@Delta …. This is bad. Stuck here in Denver where so many of your flights are delayed/canceled and you are short on flight attendants?! Southwest, flying. Frontier, flying. But DELTA can’t manage their own flights. I’m on my 3rd delay. I just wanna get home. No care for us.
