By any reasonable standard, that's a healthy chargeback rate...

I genuinely don't understand how a business with a 0.16% chargeback rate is being classified as a financial risk.

This guy just told me he doesn’t care that we spend $250,000 a month with USPS and that he has “other customers” he also cursed at me and put his hands on me as he told me to leave the building.

Me and my employees have had to pickup bags and drop off our own orders since they can’t figure out how to do proper pickups. He said you can’t get mad when we don’t pickup and rush to your convenience, as he pushed me out the building and called me an asshole.

Now it is causing problems with my business because my clients are unhappy with my service because USPS can’t handle our volume.
