@Raadmobrem @useintro Well said. I’ve seen too many founders in those early stages try and delegate product market fit or initial sales and it rarely turns out well. The hard part is knowing when go step back and then let everyone else lead the race. But…EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO QA

4. Simplify your life, fast- This may seem selfish and I end up apologizing to my loved ones too often for doing this (which is shouldn't and they don't want me to). Focus on nourishment, sleep, activity, and your mental state. Period! That's it. Everything else can
hands. You have to be your advocate and knowledge is the path to that. Ask questions, keep a notebook, watch how your numbers change, be a squeaky wheel. This is your chance to have a little more control but it can also become obsessive. Obsessive is not good
