this is corny but making a real friend all because you had the balls to start a conversation out of nothing is really cool and really does build confidence
The world bends faster than you think.
Get crystal clear on what you want. Move like it’s already yours.
No hesitation. No backup plan. Just full pressure.
Suddenly, things shift. People show up. Doors open.
It looks like luck. It's not
If you casually flirt with every woman you meet and greet random guys with a “what’s up bro” energy, you'll go far in life. Everyone’s just a kid in an adult body. They want complements and connection. Be that guy and you’ll never be lonely or broke.
my father always told me: "if you want to go for a run, go for a run, don't look for company. sooner or later, on your fifth run or your twentieth, like-minded people will find you themselves." and only recently have i realized that this principle works everywhere.
“You hear someone in the back of the phone call yell 2 for 2. We never felt anything bad from them…it’s sad they even have to apologize for anything.”
@Abbey18Murphy spoke on the camaraderie between the Men’s and Women’s USA teams.
The US hockey team somehow pulled back the veil. Don't think a lot of people realized how unhinged the left was until we won a gold medal. You can't even explain this to a normal human being.
J.T. Miller was asked about the discourse surrounding Team USA's visit to Washington:
"We got invited to go, right? That's a super humbling opportunity. We all as Americans all went there with one thing on our mind to bring home the gold medal. Us and the women's team, we spent so much time with them. Unbelievable people. Everybody came together as a country. I don't follow all the noise on the outside. I don't even have the internet right now, basically. We just enjoyed ourselves. We're very proud to be Americans, we came back with a gold medal and that's the reason we went there. We feel really proud and lucky to have all the opportunities we've had the past couple of days"
