Pain isn’t the enemy. It's the indicator that brokenness exists.
Pain is the reminder that the real enemy is trying to take us out & bring us down. Pain is the gift that motivates us to fight with brave tenacity & fierce determination knowing there’s healing on the other side.
Think of how much less conflict & drama we might have if we chose to be less offend-able. Less quick to jump to conclusions. Less likely to perceive a rejection that was never intended. And less likely to get distracted from our real assignment to love God & love others.
