I’m just saying it’s fundamentally a bug in human nature.
I used to think the church could and should avoid the pitfalls of human nature. But the church is vulnerable to human flaws like anything else. I’m grateful it helps redeem us as all.
@K8Marshall I love how Seattle got so much love. Coach Carrol by name. The fans. Russ really was electric. For a few years here he was among the best to ever do it.
@EWErickson I still hope he’ll end the tariffs — probably to give a rush of positive economy before midterms of 2028 election.
He’ll hope fools credit Trump for fixing economy (instead of fixing a problem he made). Mindblowingly, 30% of Americans will naively believe exactly that.
I’m done seeing things as left vs. right.
I see it as chaos vs. order.
From that POV, every common political argument looks different — insincere, inconsistent, and stupid.
I invite you to think on that. It’s freeing.
@MamaCAllen Agree. Let’s continue to be the change! :) Lotta kids have shifted “play” to screens and out of community. Thankfully I sense a little shifting back now, even if slowly.
