@ronmortgageguy I had a gentleman yesterday admit to me that he paid a mortgage broker $10,000 to falsify documents in order for him to obtain a mortgage from one of the big banks. His justification was that 90% of mortgage's approved in Brampton are done with fraudulent documents. Is this true?
@ronmortgageguy Unfortunately I have seen multiple situations where up to 5 people are on title (usually whole families) that are facing power of sales. All facing bankruptcy. These million dollar mortgages are not sustainable
@jpolly22 The hockey gods feel sorry for the Leafs for losing Marner for nothing, now they will grant us the #1 pick and we will be saved by Gavin McKenna
@MSistilli@ShaziGoalie Why would the buyer not be able to ask for a mortgage statement, property tax statement before putting an offer in to ensure the seller would be able to close?
I spoke to a gentleman today, who purchased 7 pre-cons, his intentions were to sell them all via assignments. That backfired, and he has only able to close on 1 of them.
@DavidPylyp@toomuchdebt@ronmortgageguy Talk to them, ask them about their situation and what were the circumstances leading up to the consumer proposal. Maybe they had a good reason, maybe they needed help with their debt, maybe they will be good tenants
