@SuperSportTV your commentators on this Arsenal match are atrocious - they’re ruining the celebrations and it’s impossible to listen to their analysis. The host is abysmal. I just want to hear the celebrations - not listen to a man struggle to speak.
@elonmusk@micsolana Trump also said he wanted lower government spending, to release the Epstein tapes and to lower prices. So yes, this seems like a guaranteed outcome.
@pmcafrica If the @MYANC cared about the people in the slightest (they don’t), they would try to create a deal, such as instead of handing over 30% equity, starlink can operate provided they give 30% of the service offering as free to the poorest. They won’t. Because they don’t care.
@pmcafrica Another way to look at this would be - ANC refuses to help its citizens unless they (or their connected friends) get to steal 30% (and provide no value). It’s basically the mafia.
I have a theory on one reason why Michael Oliver and others might be giving Arsenal so many red cards.
I think the referees are told to not give in to fan pressure or questioning of referees. So Oliver doesn't want to show any favour toward Arsenal, as in their mind this would be conceding to pressure. He wants to show junior referees and the world how to be resilient and strong.
So, subconsciously, he looks to punish Arsenal. The first chance he gets to showcase resilience, he goes for it. This would also explain the speed with which he gave Skelly the red card, and why VAR didn't overturn it.
TLDR: PGMOL want to show that they are the boss. That they won't be influenced by people questioning the referees. In trying to show this, they are subconsciously biased the other way.
@Ryan_Dobbie@BruceLoosegoose@JackoRugby@Springboks So in gaming, specifically racing games, that’s called rubber banding - it stops the 1st place winning easily, literally giving racers behind them an advantage to catch up, causing races to be closer. Gamers typically hate it because it’s not accurate.
@AllanSKF@Rob44207761@BruceLoosegoose@JackoRugby@Springboks Most World Cup years we arrive with one of the Six Nations teams being 1 or 2 in rankings and getting lauded. And every WC is won by SA or NZ. At some point you should realise the math is measuring the wrong thing.
